Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading Registration


2008 Fall Football and Cheerleading On-line Registration is still open!
 ASA is continuing to accept on-line registrations and payments through our web site.

You must create a User Profile and login before you can fill out a Football/Cheerleading Registration. Once a User Profile has been created and you are logged in, you can create and print registrations, and pay on-line.

Early registration is over and registration will run until all teams at each division are full.
After May 17th, a $20 late charge will be added to the registration fee for each registration.

Tiny Mite and Jr. Pee Wee teams are full at this time.  You can still register, but you will be put on a waiting list.  Players at these levels may be able to move up to Mitey Mite, Pee Wee, or play Flag Football.  Please contact ASA to discuss these options at  Football@ApexSportsAuthority.com.

Practice will begin around August 1st.

Note: Registrations are not valid until the signed Pop Warner Registration Form, Volunteer Form, and payment is received by ASA.

Registration Fee for 2008 Fall Football and Cheerleading:
  • Flag Football & Flag Cheerleading: $70, with no discount for additional children 
  • Tackle Football: $155, with $15 discount for additional children
  • Cheerleading (non-competitive) - Tiny Mite (TM) and Mitey Mite (MM): $125, with no discount for additional children.
  • Cheerleading (competitive) - Jr. Pee Wee (JPW), Pee Wee (PW), Jr. Midget (JM), and Midget (M) for Tackle Football: $150, with no discount for additional children.
  • Early registration will run through May 17th.  After May 17th, a $20 late charge will be added to the registration fee for each registration.
  • On-line payment by PayPal/CreditCard is an additional $6 per registration.

In addition to the registration fee, each family must pay a membership fee of $25 to Apex Sports Authority.  This membership fee is paid once annually on a per family basis and is not included if a member of your family participated in 2008 Lacrosse.
